 Dinner – Garlic quinoa with pickled onion, spinach, asparagus, mushroom, tomatoes and poached egg

Breakfast – Protein shake with banana and strawberry

Snack – cottage cheese and blood orange
Lunch – Steak burrito bowl with peppers, onion, mushrooms, black beans, corn and siracha

Snack – raw crunch bar
