 Dinner – Spicy Garlic Shrimp and Green beans

Breakfast – Paleo pancakes made with bananas, eggs, cinnamon, chia seeds, and almonds

Snack – crunch bar
Lunch – Turkey sandwich with red onions, tomato and jalapeno mustard with cucumber salad

Snack – cashews
