Breakfast; 7:30am
Egg-white omelet with mushroom, peppers, scallion and tomato and banana.

Lunch; 12:00pm
Turkey Bacon and Egg sandwich on wheat english muffin with peppers.

Snack; 3:30pm
Orange slices and wasa crackers with laughing cow.

Dinner; 7:30pm
Blackened Chicken Salad.
