Cottage Cheese Double and Banana.

Snack; 12:30pm
Trader Joe Cashews.

Lunch; 3:45pm
Asian Steak Burrito Bowl with wild rice, black beans, peppers and 1 tbs low fat sour cream.

Dinner; 8:30pm
Shrimp with Warm Caper Vinaigrette, Sauteed Lemon Spinach and Roasted Garlic Quinoa.
