Breakfast; 7:45am
Fage 2% yogurt with flax and honey and nature valley bar.

Lunch; 12:15pm
Pork burrito bowl (leftover pork chop with apples and shallots) with onions, peppers and mushroom

Dinner; 8:15pm
Eggplant Parmesan and green beans
