Breakfast; 7:30am
Cottage cheese with pineapple chunks.

Snack; 11:15am
Blueberry pecan and fiber Kind Plus bar

Lunch; 2:45pm
Turkey Chili with two pieces laughing cow Swiss cheese slivers and two wasa crackers (disregard baby feet)

Dinner; 7:45pm
Six raw Malpeque oysters and Baked shrimp with tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms and feta cheese.
