Breakfast; 9:00am
1 cup Kasha w/ strawberry and 1/2 cup fat free milk.

Snack; 12:30pm
Two string cheeses

Lunch; 3:15pm
Egg sandwich with two slices turkey bacon and onion on wheat english muffin

Dinner; 7:30pm
Succotash with grilled scallops and parsley drizzle
