Two sting cheeses


Lunch; 1:45pm

Chicken with artichokes, asparagus, capers and onion on whole wheet flat bun with raw peppers


Snack; 4:45pm

Banana and cashew pack


Dinner; 7:45pm

Thyme and sesame crusted Chilean sea bass with mashed sweet potatoes and cinnamon and roasted brussel sprouts, mushroom and squash


Recipe for dinner called for halibut but the store only had sea bass. Tasted much better than it looked.
