Breakfast; 8:15am
1 cup egg whites, scrambled w/ diced peppers, onions and mushroom with a grapefruit.

Notes: Seemed like a lot of food. Definitely full. Am I allowed to use salt/pepper/etc?

Snack; 10:45am
1 banana


Lunch; 1:45pm
Turkey burger with lettuce and tomato and steamed vegetables


Snack; 4:30pm
2 hard boiled eggs and orange slices


Dinner; 7:30pm
Chicken with artichokes, asparagus and capers
